Tommy O’Sullivan to Depart Brackley Town

Brackley Town Football Club can today confirm that Tommy O’Sullivan will be leaving the club this summer.

Since arriving at St. James Park, Tommy has been the model of professionalism, dedication, and integrity, on and off the pitch. His influence in the heart of midfield was vital in what will go down as one of the greatest seasons in the club’s history, helping us achieve the unforgettable: winning the National League North.

Tommy’s composure, calmness, and commitment made him a firm favourite with teammates, staff, and supporters alike. He played every game with pride and passion, representing the badge with the kind of professionalism that defines what it means to be a Brackley Town player.

While it’s always difficult to say goodbye to a player of Tommy’s calibre, we do so with immense gratitude for everything he has given to the club. His contribution to our promotion-winning campaign will forever be part of Brackley Town’s story, and he leaves with our full respect and best wishes for the future.

Gavin Cowan has this to say about Tommy:
“Tommy feels that he needs guarantees at this stage of his career and that he needs every minute on the pitch. Myself and Tommy have had a very close relationship as I do with all my players, it’s been an absolute pleasure to work with him, his intelligence and his sheer class on and off the pitch. He’s knows I’ll be his biggest fan wherever he goes!”

Everyone at Brackley Town thanks Tommy for his efforts and wishes him every success in the next chapter of his footballing journey.

Thank you Tommy, once a Saint....
