We travel to Kidderminster Harriers on Tuesday with a 7.45pm kick-off for the second away fixture of the new season before Saturday’s home game when Curzon Ashton are the visitors to St James Park.
Following a solitary season at Step 1 and relegation back to Step 2 Kidderminster have started the new campaign with back to back wins over Darlington and Radcliffe.
Gavin Cowan’s side come into the game after Saturday’s win at Chester. Cowan said, “It was a deserved win up at Chester and now we look forward to the trip to Kidderminster. They are a big force at this level and a full-time club with lots of resources and recruitment speaks for itself. But we go there and treat it like every other game. We need to prepare properly as we do for every game, that’s staff and players, and this is where the squad comes in. We need to concentrate on ourselves and be ready to put our best foot forward on Tuesday.”
If you cannot get to the game, you can follow the action on the club Twitter (X) feed or through live match commentary from Steve Goodman and Tim Carroll. BBC Oxford and BBC Northampton will carry live updates pre-match, at half-time and full-time.
