The Bees had an excellent season last time out where manager Mitch Austin guided the club to finish third in Division One Midlands, qualifying for the promotion play-offs. After beating Hinckley Leicester Road on penalties in the semi-finals, they defeated Anstey Nomads 2–0 in the final to earn promotion to the Premier Division Central of the Southern League.

We look forward to seeing a few familiar faces at the game, with ex Saints coach David Staff now the assistant manager at Harborough Town and ex Brackley players Tendai Daire and Gary Mulligan in the Bees ranks.
