MATCH PREVIEW:
Gavin Cowan’s men face a familiar foe in Boston, which was a regular Saints fixture whilst in the National League North. Tuesday’s 7:45pm KO will be the first time the Saints have faced the pilgrims since their Play-off victory at St James Park. With a huge win over the weekend, Gavin Cowan will look to make it back-to-back wins and sever the gap between the Saints and the relegation zone.

Boston themselves would come out the festive weekend with a good result, with a 2-2 draw away at York City. Despite a draw, it would be a 96th minute equalizer from York to nick the 3pts from the hands of The Pilgrims.

Key Players

The new kid on the block, Lenell John Lewis has exceeded all Expectations this season. With 11 goal contributions in all competitions, John-Lewis put on a masterclass away at Morecambe earlier this month, with two fine goals and an assist to top it off. Joining from York in the summer, the 36-year-old still has plenty to offer in the National League.

Former Saint Jordan Richards has been bossing the midfield for 3 years at the Pilgrims since leaving St James Park in 2023. Winning the National League North at first attempt for the Lincolnshire outfit. Saints Fan's will hope that Brackley make it an Unpleasant reunion on Tuesday Night.

The Man in Charge:

Taking charge in his second season at the Pilgrims, Graham Coughlan has worked wonders in Lincolnshire. Guiding Boston to safety on the last day of the season after being seven points from safety in November 2024.

Playing his trade in the football league for the likes of Plymouth Argyle, Sheffield Wednesday and Rotherham. Coughlan made the move to management over 7 years ago, he has plenty of tricks up his sleeve which Gavin Cowan’s men will have to defy on Tuesday Night.
