Brackley Town are delighted to announce the signing of Tyler Lyttle, 26, who joins the Saints for the 2023/24 season following a successful season at Stourbridge.

Tyler is known as an athletic right-sided player who likes to get forward and can play at wing-back or as a right-sided midfielder.

He started his career with Bristol Rovers after coming through the academy at Wolverhampton Wanderers. He spent time on loan from Bristol Rovers at Nuneaton Town and Truro City before moving permanently to Stafford Rangers in March 2017.

He then signed for Hednesford Town in September 2017 before moving to Sutton Coldfield Town and in the summer of 2018 he joined Rushall Olympic, where during his four years with the Pics, he made over 100 appearances scoring 8 goals.

He signed for Stourbridge last September and had a great season with the Glassboys, making 33 appearances and scoring 7 goals.

Manager Gavin Cowan had this to say about his latest signing “Tyler is young, fit and has excelled at Step 3 these last few years. Having fought off other clubs I’m really happy to have him at our club and I know he is relishing the opportunity to test himself at this level!”

The son of former Swansea City, Nottingham Forest, Watford and West Bromwich Albion fullback Des Lyttle.
