Brackley Town are pleased to announce the signing of versatile midfielder and defender Jamar Smith, who joins the Saints having previously represented Salisbury, Didcot Town and Poole Town.
The 25-year-old will already be a familiar face to some Brackley supporters, having been among the initial group of triallists who joined the Saints during pre-season training in the summer.
Fans may remember Smith scoring a fine goal in Brackley's 3-0 friendly victory over Ardley United, one of several appearances he made for the club during pre-season.
Smith brings experience from across the non-league game, having previously represented clubs including Didcot Town, Salisbury, Poole Town and Gosport Borough. He was part of consecutive promotion-winning campaigns with Didcot and Salisbury, helping both clubs progress through the Southern League.
Comfortable operating in midfield and defence, Smith adds versatility and further options to Gareth Dean's squad as the Saints continue their National League North campaign.
Having already spent time with the club during pre-season, Smith now joins Brackley Town as part of the first-team squad.
Welcome to Brackley Jamar!
