The 22-year-old arrives at St James Park for an undisclosed fee from Leamington, where he established himself as a key member of the Brakes midfield following his move from Coleshill Town in September 2023.
Williams quickly made an impression after joining Leamington and played an important role in the club's promotion-winning campaign during the 2023/24 season.
His most memorable contribution came away at AFC Telford United, where he scored a dramatic late winner to seal Leamington's return to National League North and write his name into Brakes folklore.
Having stepped up seamlessly to Step 2 football, Williams remained a key figure in the Leamington midfield over the following two seasons, making more than 120 appearances across his three years with the club and scoring 11 goals.
A hardworking, energetic and technically gifted midfielder, Williams adds further quality and competition to Andy Whing's squad ahead of the new campaign.
Manager Andy Whing said:
"We're delighted to announce the signing of Ewan and it's one we're really excited about. We've watched him for a while now and he was one of our top targets going into the summer.
He's a box-to-box midfielder with an eye for goal and scored a number of goals in the division last season. He's another player who still has loads to learn and improve, and we're delighted that he can do that here."
Speaking after agreeing to join the Saints, Williams said:
"After speaking to Andy Whing, the ambition of the club and the aim of getting straight back up to where Brackley belongs was really appealing to me. The style of football that the gaffer wants the team to play is something I really want to be a part of.
I love to get stuck in, I'm energetic, box-to-box and I love playing football, I can't wait to get started and help the team achieve its goals."
Williams becomes fourth new addition to Andy Whing's squad as preparations continue for the 2026/27 season.
The transfer remains subject to National League and Football Association approval.
