Brackley Town are delighted to announce that influential midfielder Shepherd Murombedzi is staying at St James Park for the 2023/24 season.

The 28-year-old won the Goal of the Season, Supporters Player and Players Player awards for the 2021/22 season and is a vital part of the success of the Saints midfield.

"Shep" joined the Saints in the summer of 2018 from Chester and has gone on to make 192 appearances and scoring 8 goals.

Manager Gavin Cowan had this to say about Shep's signing, “Shep is a huge player for us so I’m really pleased he’s staying with us. Like others, I feel he has a sense of ‘unfinished business’ and is keen to get started ready for the new season ahead!”
