Sunday 6th April
Work begins to develop the Southern end of the ground. The fittings, roof and cladding of a seated stand purchased from St Neots FC is dismantled and transported back to Brackley by a team of volunteers on Sunday 6th & Monday 7th April.

September 2007
Frame of stand is now in place, cladding to rear has been fitted. The timber frame to the front of the concreted trenches has been removed in order for an additiona;l 'step' to be fitted over the securing bolts.
Step is now installed, final piece of work is fitting of roof cladding, due to be completed by 29th September. Stand was used for the first time against Staines Town in the FA Cup (15th September)
New signage has arrived and is due to be installed towards the end of September, this will include a 'Welcome' and 'Next Fixture' detail on the man stand.
Preparations are also being made as to the installation of the new stand at the South end of the ground, due to be delivered in the New Year.
August 2007
After approval of the development plans from South Northants District Council the club began the building work to up-grade spectator facilities at St. James Park.
A new stand was ordered for the cricket club end of the ground, this has been delivered.
The concrete base was installed on Saturday 18th August.
On 25th August the framework was put in place and bolted to the foundations. Clearance of the vegetation to the rear of the stand enabled cladding work to start 29th August.
Finishing Off is required to comply with Health & Safety Requirements, there is a possibility the stand can be used on 4th Septemebr (home to Kings Lynn) but if not will make its debut in the home FA Cup tie on 15th September (to Slough Town)
Also included in the planning approval is the installation of a new stand at the Sputhern end of the ground, this is being purchasd from St Neots FC and is likely to be installed during the Summer 2008 (below)
